Eastern Kentucky University offers various online programs for different levels of education.
Each program of Eastern Kentucky University is a balanced combination of academic theory
and practical application. Every fully accredited program is designed in collaboration
with academic and industry professionals to ensure quality, relevance and rigor.
Eastern Kentucky University regularly updates its curriculum to reflect the latest concepts,
methods and practices. Although most programs of Var_University are widely available,
some may not be available in all locations in all formats.
EKU, usually referred to as Eastern or by the EKU by locals, is an under-graduate and graduate research institute situated in Richmond, Kentucky. Eastern Kentucky University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) with campuses in Corbin, Danville, and Manchester, and centers in Fort Knox, Lancaster, and Somerset.

Accreditation
The school received accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools in 1928 then after two years in 1930 it changed its name again to the Eastern Kentucky State Teachers College.
