Colorado is situated in the western United States and is intimately associated with the Rocky Mountains, which run through the state. The state of Colorado nicknamed as `The Centennial State’ is situated in the west of the USA and is bordered by Wyoming to the north Nebraska to the north-east and Kansas to the east. Colorado has the largest number of peaks over 14,000 ft of any state in the USA. It is also the state with the highest mean elevation, at 6,800 ft. Colorado is the location for much of the manufacturing activity of the Rocky Mountain States. The primary manufactured products are provisions and related products, chemicals, fabricated metals, machinery, computers and electrical goods, scientific instruments and transportation equipment.
