Maha Sarakham (also spelled Mahasarakham) is one of the provinces of Thailand, established in the northeastern (Isan) district of Thailand. Neighboring provinces are (from northern clockwise) Kalasin, Roi Et, Surin, Buriram and Khon Kaen. The capital of the province is the town of Maha Sarakham. The flag of the province displays a close in the middle of it and overhead and underneath of the flag are yellow strips. The province has 13 localities and 133 sub-districts.

Maha Sarakham is the province of Thailand . The province's capital is the village of Maha Sarakham. It is the dwelling of Mahasarakham University, the biggest university within the Northeast of Thailand within period of scholars (37,342),[1] and Mahasarakham Rajabhat University. The province is particularly a simple enclosed with rice areas, only within the northern and east are little hills. The province is between 130 and 230 m overhead ocean level. The major stream in the province is the stream Chi.
