Wust Al region is located south of A'Dakhliah and A'Dhahirah two regions to the east comes to the Arabian Sea, west of the Empty Quarter and in the southern province of Dhofar. This includes a large area of the central part of the Sultanate. It is distinguished by a large number of oil wells. This region was established in 1991 as an independent region in order to strengthen the efforts of their cities and villages are part of A'Dakhliah regions and A'Sharqiyah of Dhofar and the province.
