Arkansas Virtual High School offers various online programs for
different levels of education. Each program of Arkansas Virtual High School is a balanced
combination of academic theory and practical application. Every fully accredited
program is designed in collaboration with academic and industry professionals to
ensure quality, relevance and rigor. Arkansas Virtual High School regularly updates its curriculum
to reflect the latest concepts, methods and practices. Although most programs Arkansas Virtual High School
are widely available, some may not be available in all locations in all formats.

Accreditation
All school associate in the AVHS cooperative are accredited, and all have decided to give credit to AVHS courses moreover core courses or electives. There is a ordinary grading system for all courses in the Virtual High School.
Program
The Arkansas Virtual High School is a pilot development funded by the Arkansas Department of Education. The principle of the Arkansas Virtual High School is to offer an online substitute learning environment for the students of Arkansas ' public schools who need support in completing coursework that is complicated to accept due to factors such as timetable conflicts, homebound due to explanatory circumstances, with other factors that may impede a student's progress during grades 9 - 12.
