Concord Law School works under Kaplan University which is fully accredited by The Higher Learning Commission (HLC).  Concord Law School is a registered and fully accredited online law school and is affiliated with the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California. Concord Law School is also accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council. Concord Law School also enjoys membership of the Council for Higher Education and the (IALS) International Association of Law Schools.

• NBLS Nelson Mandela Scholarship: Approximately $1,000 awarded each
• William S. Bullinger Scholarship: $5,000 awarded to 5 undergraduate students
• MALDEF Law School Scholarship: $7,000 to Hispanic law students
• Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) Trial Advocacy Scholarship: $2,500
• Attorney-CPA Foundation Scholarship: $250-$1,000
• Federal Circuit Bar Association Giles S. Rich Scholarship: $10,000
